Our founders have collectively closed more than $2 billion in transactions across private and institutional platforms. We took that experience and built Esteep to operate with the discipline of an institutional shop and the speed of a principal.

Ryan leads acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations at Esteep. He was previously a Managing Principal and first hire at Brennan Investment Group — the 2nd largest private industrial owner in the U.S. — where he ran the Midwest region's ~20M sq ft portfolio and was involved in over $2B of industrial transactions alongside institutional partners including Goldman Sachs and Investcorp.
Ziad leads development, operations, and asset management at Esteep. He was previously at Contemporary Concepts, a Chicago developer of high-density infill multifamily and mixed-use, where he ran projects from land acquisition through delivery — preceded by six years at global architecture firm Perkins + Will.
